What does a tournament round look like for Ash?
Ash arrives at the course about an hour before her tee time, giving herself plenty of time to get settled. She starts with a short warm-up, hitting only 10-20 balls on the range to keep it brief and avoid turning it into a practice session. Most of her warm-up time is spent on the putting green, focusing on getting the speed right. To calm her nerves, Ash listens to piano music. During the round, she stays focused and snacks on fruits and nuts, and after the round, she spends about 30 minutes fine-tuning her swing and working on any areas where she struggled.
What equipment does Ash use?
Ash plays nearly all Titleist clubs, including her driver, 3-wood, 5-wood, 4-hybrid, and 5-iron through 50-degree wedge. Her favorite club in the bag is her Callaway 58-degree wedge, and she uses a Zero-Torque TaylorMade Spider putter that was custom-fitted for her. Ash wears either Titleist or FootJoy gloves and plays the Titleist Pro V1x golf ball.
